Subscription Period

Upon payment, your subscription to Exploit Alarm is valid until the end of the period you've paid for. For example, if you've subscribed for a monthly plan, your account will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle. At the end of the subscription period, your account will be automatically canceled, and you will no longer have access to the service unless you choose to renew your subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current subscription period, and no further charges will be incurred.

Prorated Upgrades

If you choose to upgrade your subscription to a higher tier plan during your current subscription period, the difference in subscription fees will be prorated based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. You will be charged the prorated amount for the higher tier plan for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and your account will be upgraded accordingly.

Prorated Downgrades

If you choose to downgrade your subscription to a lower tier plan during your current subscription period, no prorated refunds will be provided for the difference in subscription fees. Your account will remain active at the current tier until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will be adjusted to the lower tier plan.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, exceptions to this refund policy may be granted at the sole discretion of Exploit Alarm. Such exceptions may include instances of fraudulent activity or technical issues preventing the use of our service. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to our customer support team and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
