What is included in the Hobby (Free) plan?: The Hobby plan provides basic access to the platform with essential features for individual users who want to explore the service at no cost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?: Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan as your needs change. Any changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
What happens if we exceed our seat limit?: Additional seats cost $10 per seat/month for the Business plan and $20 per seat/month for the Enterprise plan. You can adjust seats on your team's settings page.
Is there a free trial available for the Professional, Business, or Enterprise plans?: We currently do not offer a free trial, but you can start with the Hobby plan or take advantage of our monthly billing option to try out the platform.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit cards, as well as payments via PayPal. For Enterprise customers, we can arrange invoicing on request.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?: Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Annual billing offers a discount, so it’s a great way to save.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan’s features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the Hobby plan.
Is there a minimum commitment period?: No, there is no minimum commitment. You can cancel your plan at any time without any penalties.
How does the Lifetime Deal work?: The Lifetime Deal offers a one-time payment for permanent access to the Business plan, including all current and future features.
Can I add more seats to the Professional plan?: The Professional plan is designed for individual use, so it does not support additional seats. For teams, we recommend the Business or Enterprise plans.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?: Yes, we offer discounts for non-profits and educational institutions. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Is there a limit to the number of users on the Enterprise plan?: The Enterprise plan includes unlimited seats, allowing you to add as many users as you need.
